The application Management establishes rules for the management and control of your Ignitive LIMS application. This is performed using service level agreements (SLA’s) that can be linked to:
- Management and control of the availability state of the application components
- Management and control of the hardware and software environment where the application is installed
- Management and control of corrective maintenance (RFF – Request For Fix)
- Management and control of preventive maintenance and evolutionary (RFC – Request For Change)
- Project Management: Meeting to update progress status management and change management activities
- Help desk: management, take over and assignment call.
The management is performed based on priority levels. This is assessed by time agreed for taking charge and for the resolution of the problem.
Integration of the Ignitive Laboratory Information Management System with Analytical Instruments and Various Applications
- Allows created analytical data to be stored directly into the Ignitive Laboratory Information Management System; eliminating any typographical and transcription errors.
- Document control and data protection tools to manage procedures and important files.
- Unique identity of instruments with respect to calibration status and service maintenance.
